Mac OS 10.13 and IOS 13 don't sync

Hello,
We have one MacBook Pro and one iPhone 10. When we add a reminder item on one device, it does not sync to the other device. This is true in either direction.
How do we fix this?

Starting from iOS 13, Reminders data has been updated and will sync with macOS Catalina only. You can check details on below post.

It has nothing to do with GoodTask. It's Apple's change in how Reminders work in iOS 13 + macOS 10.15.

Which also means that Reminders.app no longer syncs either, until you update macOS to 10.15. BTW, you would have received a warning on iOS 13 that updating the Reminders database would also make it incompatible with macOS prior to 10.15 and iOS prior to 13.
